What makes a Special Edition different?
Special Editions combine terrain, route data, elevation profiles, checkpoints and personal details into a premium display piece built around the story of your journey.
What events can you do?
Most trail runs, races, hikes, rides and adventures can be turned into a Track3D piece if there is suitable route data available.
What types of routes can Track3D create?
Most trail runs, ultras, hikes, rides and other GPS-tracked adventures can be turned into a Track3D piece, provided suitable route data is available.
What are the Print Dimensions ?
Exact dimensions vary between products. Product specific sizing can be found on each product page.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We can ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Do you offer different sizes?
We currently offer multiple sizes and formats, including Hexagon and Octagon options.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Production Time
Every Track3D print is custom designed and manufactured exclusively for you.
Please allow up to 7 days from order to dispatch while we design, print, and quality-check your piece.
Most orders are dispatched sooner, but during peak periods please allow up to 7 days.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Refund Policy
Every Track3D piece is custom designed and manufactured to order based on the information you provide.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Manufacturing Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Design Accuracy
Each design is created directly from the GPX data and details submitted with your order. If we have made an error in producing your design, we will remake the piece.
If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
